Most of the Cohen text is available as a free Google book. I’ve scanned some pages of the Cohen text for the first batch of reading assignments. Most all the individual readings for the semester are available as free text files or web pages.

Assignments and lectures are not on iLearn. Please check on this website for assignments and lectures. We’ll use iLearn mostly for uploading assignments.

  I am Dr. Pamela Hood. I'm an associate professor of Philosophy at San Francisco State University.

  My research field is Ancient Greek philosophy. My focus is on Aristotle, especially study on the intersection of language, metaphysics and epistemology in the conceptual problems Aristotle identifies in the Categories as well as those this intriguing text has created.
